Brief Answer:
Please, post a picture!

Detailed Answer:
HI and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this vein and all the inconveniences this has caused you. I will like to have more information about this.

1. For how many days or weeks has this been going on?
2. Please, post a picture following the instruction on your page for inspection and more insights.
3. This erectile dysfunction and this vein appear at the same time?

I hope to hear from you but very unlikely for this to be DVT. DVT is deep and not superficial. Unlikely to be a clot either but a review of the pictures and answers to the above answers would be able to help.

Brief Answer:
Please, this is a normal finding!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have reviewed the image fully and there is nothing to worry about. Please, erase all the thoughts about possible serious implications of the observed vein. Blue is the color of blood without oxygen and is normal for veins especially when distended and more visible.

For the ED, it is unlikely to be related to a disease. We are talking of 8 days here and most of these is often caused by psychological imbalance. Do you have any worries that you may want to share with me? I await your response.

I wish you well and hope this helps.

thanks. i did see a urologist and did a doppler test. he said artery inflow is insufficient. (well below normal). it was normal before. and at the same time i developed these type of symptoms hence i was wondering if they were related or possibility of any other artery blockage.

Brief Answer:
It is not artery blockage!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I may not agree totally with your urologist. Do you have any disease condition which makes you more likely to have blocked arteries? 3 weeks of ED is not sufficient time to conclude on a pathological cause. I will suggest you build your self confidence and move on. All would be okay.

I wish you well.

Brief Answer:
Please, slow down and ndon't be too aggressive.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand you had a trauma but it is too early to use aggressive measures to explain what is going on right now. Give yourself sometime to recover and before rushing to conclusions. Hasty decisions would be more troubling and damaging than a logical and gentle approach. I recommend you slow down and revisit this is you fail to recover after about 2 months.

I hope this helps. I wish you well.
