Brief Answer:
ED could be due to generalised atheroscerosis .

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have obstructive urinary symptoms due to enlarged prostate and hypertension for which you are taking drugs like Losar 5o and Urimax. You have problem of Erectile Dysfunction and loss of Libido since recent times .

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Are you diabetic ?
2) Have you ever tested your blood for Serum Cholesterol Levels , Lipid profile and serum testosterone levels?
3) Have you ever had trial of Sildenafil (Viagra) to get good erection?

Your problem of ED and loss of libido could be due to generalised atherosclerosis which is common at this age.and may be due to diminished blood flow to erectile tissue ,

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical evaluation and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Serum Testosterone ,Blood sugar levels.
2) Lipid Profile
3) Colour Doppler Ultrasound Scanning of Penis to find out any arterial insufficiency or venous leak as a cause of your ED.

In the mean while you can have a trial of Sildenafil (Viagra) to get good hard erection.

Further treatment will depend upon the results of these tests and final diagnosis .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,
I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
