Brief Answer:
Need detail information

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that your husband has problem of Erectile Dysfunction and loss of libido since 2 months .

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on his problem.
1) Was he getting good hard erection to have penetrative sex before 2 months?
2) Has he consulted Urologist ?
3) Is there any Psychological issue that has cropped up very recently between your relationship or at his work place or in family?
4) Can you post the medications he is taking

Erectile Dysfunction that he has is termed as Secondary Erectile Dysfunction and every man has to face this sometime in his life which normally gets resolves spontaneously.

I would suggest him to consult qualified Urologist for clinical assessment and repeat his Testosterone levels and to take Testosterone orally or in injectable form to get quick results .

Staying away from you will not resolve the problem.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

He needs to consult qualified Urologist for evaluation .

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up.

I need to understand all the detail history and investigations carried out so far and drugs that he is taking .

Taking Sildenafil as on demand may help him to get good hard erection .

If he fails to get it He will need to get color Doppler ultrasound Scanning of penis to be done to rule vasculogenic cause for his ED.
Thanks and Regards.
