Question : Hi how are you? I have an erection problem. My penis has gone soft, making it difficult to maintain an erection. When I have sex, my erection is short lived and I discharge too quickly. This situation is stressing me out, as it's been happening gradually over time.

What you're having is a premature ejaculation, a type of Erectile Dysfunction(ED).
You can gradually get over it by several methods.
1. Exercise regularly for an hour daily.
2. Have a restful sleep of 8 hours at night.
3. Have timely meal, with balanced diet.
4. Increase time of foreplay.
5. Check your blood routine, sugar,and lipid profile.
6. Pelvic floor exercises regularly.
