I can understand your concerns.

You have diabetes and heart disease. These two factors itself can contribute to erectile dysfunction.
First and foremost thing is to control blood sugar levels.

Second, some lifestyle modifications like eating green vegetables and fruits in diet, regular exercise as per your potential, avoiding alcohol and smoking will prove helpful.

Kiegels exercise to increase strength of pelvic muscles will also be beneficial.

If these doesn’t work, tadalafil (prescription drug) will be the specific drug of choice in your case as it is relatively safe in heart disease and diabetes.
