You should get a free testosterone level at 8.30 AM , fasting lipid profile and the penile doppler study. The options can be sildenafil, cialis or verdenafil. if these do not work, intrapenile inj is a very effective mode of treatment . If nothing works, penile implant is a very good option.so first get these tests and report back
