Brief Answer:
You can try Tadalafil

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Your erectile dysfunction is likely to be due to a combination of several factors like age, diabetes, high BP, multiple medications. I have seen the medication list that you are on and the good news is that you are not on nitrates. If you have no heart issues, you are likely to derive benefit from use of drugs like Tadalafil high if taken one hour before you plan to have intercourse could help improve erection for a satisfactory intercourse. Start with you 10mg, give gap of 2-3 days before next dose. You will need some degree of sexual stimulation once you have taken the tablet. You should not expect it to work straightaway. Give time. If 10 mg does not work, 20mg could. There are several brands available but you will most probably need a doctor's prescription before you can buy the same. I am sure you will find it useful. You can also see if your physician can change your BP drugs. For instance stop labetalol.,switch to some other drug. It will be useful.
All the best.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
Penile Doppler needed

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Your erectile dysfunction looks severe if it has not responded to Tadalafil at all. Most likely the vessels are severely blocked and we need to estimate the degree of obstruction.
This can be done by an investigation called penile Doppler where a small dose of medicine is introduced into the penis and serial scanning is done to see the blood flow variation. If this shows some blood supply is intact, you can use penile injections of a drug on an on-demand basis for satisfactory intercourse. However if the blood flow is very poor, you will need other alternatives like vacuum erection device or even penile prostheses.
There are other drugs like Apomorphine which could help in some people but probably will not help you at all and I would not recommend in your case at present.
Lete know the findings of penile Doppler.
Regards.
