Over masturbation can cause weak erections
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing in to us.
I have read through your query in detail.
Its true that masturbating a lot can lead to fatigue resulting in weak erections which cannot be sustained more than a few minutes. This occurs mainly due to neurochemical depletion and hormone imbalance.
Also if you get proper erections during masturbation and weak erections while having sex then you might be having performance related anxiety.
Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Brief Answer:
Stop frequent masturbation
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing back with an update.
There are methods by which you can regain your proper erections.
1. Please stop masturbating a lot. If you are having sex regularly then there is no need to masturbate.
2. Allow your sexual tension to build up just before having sex This can be done by increasing foreplay with your wife.
3. Use lubrication jelly and this will allow erection to gradually develop by decreasing the friction between the penis and vagina.
Hope your query is answered.

Hi,
Thanks for writing back with an update.
There is no need to worry if you take a well balanced diet. Please try to take rest and eat little amount of food about half an hour before having sex. This will give you energy and stamina. You can also take a multivitamin pill daily. Avoid alcohol intake and smoking.
