Question : hi i am 30 male from XXXXXXX , working in a private company, some time i have ED problem and i take ranbaxy medicine and from last 3 months we are trying for baby but it is not happening, so i went for semen normal and culture test

am attaching the same, path lab team told me that there is certain infection in it

please suggest some medicine or shall i need to go for more tests

as am worried

2. ED is unrelated to the semen infection.

3. Let me know since when you have this ED problem.

4. Let me know if you were having normal intercourse without problems earlier and ED is affecting you recently.

5. This is common in men with high pressure jobs and anxiety. Let me know if you suffer from these or depression.

1.am attaching reports again
2. okay Dr but i need to cure ED to have baby planning
3. ED first time in Dec2011 after marriage then then 2013 winters for 2 months,
4yes it was normal , but when i got ED problem, it happens for 4 to 9 weeks and i could do intercoruse once in a month
5 agreed, due to job pressure and anxity

Let me reassure you that you have no physical problem.

Majority men with ED (as you have ) are due to mental stress or anxiety and depression.

There is no physical treatment or tablet required.

You need to make lifestyle modifications to reduce pressure you have. You know how best you can avoid them.

Medicines will not help you. You need counselling from a qualified counsellor for pressure reduction.

Apart from ED if you wish to conceive you can opt for IUI treatment.

Hi

Your semen analysis report is normal. No need to worry about it.

Semen culture and sensitivity test shows infection. It can be cured by the antibiotics mentioned in report. You can get the prescription for these antibiotics from your doctor and it will be cured.

There is no relation between ED and infection.
