Question : Been masturbating 1- 3 times a day for a few years .. I'm 34 and I started getting no erections.. Any advice?!

Masturbation is a normal sexual self gratification which is harmless . It can not cause ED. You should check for other causes like less sleep, high stress, diabetes, hypertension, obesity or some medicine being taken for some other reason.

I can confirm that I don't get proper sleep..
And a bit under stress at work.

Last echo cardiogram It shows Mitral valve prolapse..
Thou my doctor doesn't want to prescribe anything for it.

No diabetes or hypertension .. Cholesterol is boarderline .

the cause could be reduced sleep and stress. Try and sleep for at least 7 hours , brisk morning walk for 30 minutes will help and take balance diet with 60 GN proteins at least. if it does not help, further investigations may be done.
