Question : I get an erection but once we get ready to hv sex i lose it and dont get it back. I used viagra and thst solved the problem but what id the priblem and sre there any long term problems with using viagra

Viagra is an excellent treatment for erectile dysfunction.

If I was your caring doctor would advise to go deeper to determine the right diagnosis :

- diabetes (measuring fasting blood sugar and A1C test)
- local problems (neurological, trauma, etc.)
- if everything is fine, then I advise not to prolong arousal stage; you can collaborate with your partner

With regards to long term side effects of using Viagra, the only problem nited is related to cardiovascular problems especially if you have a previous history of cardiovascular issues.

If you notice anything unusual, should report to your doctor as soon as possible.

I had a physical and blood work 6 mths ago and everything was good i also work out regulatlyno cardio vasculare probs

If blood work and other tests resulted normal, then, what you are experiencing might be related to work overload or going through a stressful situation.
In other words, it's more due to psychological issues.
They are not worrisome, but need psychological support.

You can discuss with your partner. Try to be more physically active and to eat healthy.
