Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction

Question: I am 40 years old i am not married,my problems is i don't have penis strength.i am facing this problem last two months.can you suggest any medicine for this issue

Sir,
I mean at the time of sex my penis not showing physical strength.so can not able possible insert partner hole.I don't have any physical problems like sugar,cholesterol,pressure etc.. and my abdomen are normal.(liver,gallbladder,pancreas,spleen,both kidneys,urinary bladder everything normal.I am facing this last 3 months.

For this, drugs like sildenafil and tadalafil are very helpful.

I prefer to use tadalafil as this safer then sildenafil in terms of side effects. It is also longer-acting then sildenafil.
