Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Erectile dysfunction is a very common problem in men and there are many possible causes.
The most common causes are related to lifestyle like being overweight, smoking, alcohol consumption ,having a stressful life ,the lack of physical activity.
To understand the possible cause of the problem in order to solve it ,is necessary a complete evaluation.

If you are overweight ,you need to lose weight, eat healthy and exercise regularly.

A complete evaluation is necessary to exclude any medical condition that can cause problems with erection.
High blood pressure ,diabetes and heart conditions can be the cause.
Low level of testosterone, hypothyroidism can be other causes.

You may need to run some tests like:
-Lipid profile, blood sugar ,Hemoglobin A1c to exclude diabetes.
-Urinalysis and prostate examination would be recommended considering the history of discomfort in bladder area .
-morning total testosterone level.
-Thyroid function (TSH) to exclude hypothyroidism.

If all these test are normal, then you may start with some lifestyle modifications like eat healthy ,exercise regularly, lose weight, try to relax and manage stress if possible.
There are several possible options to manage erection problems. You can discuss with your doctor the most effective and appropriate option for you.

The consistency of sperm is not a specific symptom.Having thin sperm is not related to any condition that would require evaluation.

Hope it helps.
Let me know if you have any other question or doubts to clarify.I will be happy to help.
