Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction
Question: i am a diabetic and my problem is i don't have erection at all for the last 20 years. i am not enjoying sex any more. Dear doctor could you suggest any medicine for good erection . i am now 54 years old.

Drugs like viagra and other similar brands can be used to get erection for short duration. That will be satisfying as per your needs but they have side effects also like heaviness in head, dizziness, throbbing headache, fainting episodes etc.
In my patients with sexual dysfunction of your age, I used to advise them to go for penile vacuum pump. It is easy to understand how to use it and it does not cause any side effects. Only one thing to be considered here is that vaccum can not be kept for more than 40 minutes, other wise it can cause permanent damage to erectile tissue of penis. So you shall have 40 minutes to enjoy. There are videos available about how to use it on internet.
I personally recommend you to visit a sexologist and get information regarding penile vacuum pump. It will be best for you.
