Brief Answer:
Get Color Doppler Ultrasound Scanning of Penis done.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have Erectile Dysfunction.
With advancing age there is generalized Atherosclerosis of the arteries which also involves arteries that supply blood to erectile tissue. This may one of the reason for not getting erection even after taking Cialis or Viagra.
Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical assessment and get Color Doppler Ultrasound Scanning of Penis done .This will help to confirm or rule out the cause of your ED being due to Vascular insufficiency .
If it is confirmed to be due to vascular insufficiency you will need to undergo surgery of Implantation of Penile Prosthesis so that you will have hard artificially erected penis and have enjoyable sex.
Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
