Question: Hi I suffer from Erectile dysfunction
Which I am currently getting help on the oral meds haven't been a success but the doctors do expect injections to be more of a success.
I got engaged last week to a girl I love so much, I have failed to have sex with her twice. I told her about my problem she has reassured me she is with me forever and will support me.
But I am still getting really depressed if I can't cure this and she leaves me, then I would have to tell my family and her family why the engagement is broken off. I can't think of anything else, this is the only thing on my mind. Its effecting every aspect of my life.
The only time I feel good is the few seconds I wake up when my mind has forgot about the problem.

I can understand your concerns.
Injections are more effective than oral medications as they are effective in ED of almost all causes.
But, considering the risks (pain, hematoma, penile fibrosis and plaque formation) involved with injection therapy, they are to be used very cautiously.
Also, the discontinuation of the injection therapy is commonly seen in patients due to all the precautions and cumbersome use.
Have you tried urethral suppositories (under the name MUSE)? MUSE is inserted into the urethra, at least ten minutes before the erection is needed (under doctor's supervision first).
It can be used in conjunction with cialis.
Other way out is to take low dose of cialis (5mg) daily and to take 20 mg when erection is needed (needs your doctor's guidance).
Kindly discuss these issues with your doctor.
Also, a penile doppler should be done to rule out organic causes of ED.
