                                            Question : My pennis is not standing from last 1week...I do mastrubute once or twice in a week but from last 1 week do not have any feeling...is that something serious.. what happened to me?

A stressful week, a tensed job, heavy alcohol intake, fatigue etc can be the common causes for this.
During these times it is important for you to not take the episode too seriously.
Just give break of 5-7 days to any kind of sexual activity.
Practice kegel's exercises regularly to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles.
De-stress your self with deep breathing and meditation.
You will be fine.

But 1 more thing it already been 6-7 days and even I am trying to do mastrubate nothing is happening...no feeling...my pennis is not standing....so it will become normal automatically or I need to take some medicine or diet?
