Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction

Question: Hi i spoke to you last week regarding my erection problems.

My doctor is going to try injections next week, do these have a good success rate? I am getting scared if they don't work then I am left with penis implant

With cialis I can get a rigid erection only with a lot of simulation otherwise it fades away easily if I get up.

Thanks or query.After going through threads of discussion with other panelist on this forum I would suggest you to get Color Doppler Ultrasound Scanning of Penis done to confirm venous leak as cause of your ED,

Taking intracavernosal injections of Caverjet or Trimix always helps to get good hard erection and to have enjoyable sex .However you have to keep in mind that it can be taken only twice a week and has its own hazards like developing scar and plaque in Tunica Albugenia at the site of injection .

I think you can try taking injections ,stop masturbation and after few weeks have a trial of Cialis 5mg on daily basis with additional 10 mg on demand ,This may help to get hard erection.

I got an appointment on Wednesday I am just really worried that nothing is going to work and I will have to result to a penis implant. Which I want to avoid.

I am getting married next year and have to solve this asap, however I will chose injections or vacum device over penis implants.

However I am worried as I have read online if I have a venous leak nothing works and you have to get a implant.

Penile implant is advised only when Ed is vasculogenic in origin either due to arterial insufficiency or venous leak and is advised when all the other modality fail to achieve erection especially in elderly patients.

Have you tried taking 5 mg of Cialis daily with 10-20 mg of Cialis prior to panned sexual activities ?.

This gives satisfactory results in most of the patients with non vasculogenic Ed .

I haven't tried that yet I was told it's either one or the other with the on demand or daily cialis.

If I do have a penis implant which I hope is not the case can you still have children with one?

I think you are concentrating more on implant which is not there rather than tackling your problem of Ed and solutions to resolve it..

Implant is just to have hard erection that will help to have penetrative enjoyable sex .There should not be any problem in having child if your semen analysis is normal in respect of all parameters of semen as regards sperm count .motility and morphology of sperms.
