At this age many causes are there for inability to achieve orgasm.

I HAVE HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE AND TAKING ALLOPURINOL 100 MG.X 2 DAILY.
ALSO DIABETES TYPE 11 TAKING 70/30 INSULIN DAILY. MY EMOTIONAL RELATIONS WITH MY FEMALE PARTNERS IS AVERAGE. I'VE HAD SEVERAL PARTNERS ABOUT THE SAME RESULTS.
I MASTURBATE DAILY MAYBE I'M OVER DOING IT CAUSING THE PROBLEM?

Thanks for information.

In your history following factors are responsible for erectile dysfunction(being not able to achieve orgasm).

- High blood pressure

- Gout being a physical problem( allopurinol is used for the same)

- Diabetes

- No emotional attachment to the partner (lack of intimacy)

- And of course age up to some extent

- Masturbation does not cause effects on sex life directly. However considering your history at age of 70 if you are doing masturbation daily then it may lead to fatigue in penile muscles and cause erectile dysfunction. If you are able to do masturbation in successful manner with sufficient erection and orgasm then you can do the same during sex. Just avoid masturbation for 2-3 days and then go for sex with or without medicines.

Keep doing regular exercise like walking , running or swimming. This will help in control of blood pressure and diabetes and by that way help in sex life.
