Question: Hi doc, want to consult, I'm married and have 3 childs, recently I can't erection with my wife and I found out that I'm bisex. Can I cured and become normal again?

Thanks for the query
The fact that you were having normal sex life with your wife is a very good indicator that you can have normal sex life again. Bisexuals are capable of leading a normal sex life . In their case also, causes of ED are same as in heterosexuals. You need to tell me whether you have Diabetes,Hypertension,Obesity,Stress, psychiatric problems like depression or anxiety, taking some medicine . I just noticed that you had Syphilis ( your previous questions) Fear of spreading infection to your partner can also cause ED. ) please send reply to these questions so that I can help you further

Yes I have hypertension and also obesity ( my weight 88 kg and height 171). I think syphilis is also my big problem. But I can erection with a man. I want back to my normal life, what should I do for this? Thx

It means there are more than a few factors responsible for ED . Your obesity, hypertension and fear of transmitting syphilis to your wife . You can get erection with a man would mean you are predominantly sexually more oriented to men than women.
I suggest a few things-
-1 Reduce weight, practice moderate exercise and control blood pressure with a medicine neutral to ED
2- find out the status of syphilis. if it has been adequately treated, and your wife knows about it, you can attempt intimacy, not worrying about what penis is doing.
-3 try and indulge in sexual behavior with your wife ,you find erotic and adequately stimulating- like oral sex, sight of partner getting sexually aroused, sounds and movements during mutual sexual play or anything else you might think can turn you on. You may need online sex therapy but honesty and communication with your wife is a must.
