Brief Answer:
Provide more information.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to HCM.

I have read your query and understand the concern about early ejaculation and erectile issue.

Penis Erection problem in an otherwise healthy adult usually has no major organic cause, and often responds dramatically well to drugs belonging to a group of drugs called 'PDE5 Inhibitors', most noted of which is Viagra.

However, I would require some more information before suggesting any of these tablets.

Kindly give a few more basic details like your age, height and weight.

1) Regarding your libido (i.e intention to have intercourse),

2) Do you have nocturnal penile erections when you sleep, especially in the early mornings,

3) Also, if you can quantify the degree of dysfunction (penis erection issue) on a scale of 1-10, it would be useful to assess response at a later date.

4) How was previous sex life or married life?

5) How did problem started? Any specific incidence was there?

6) Do you pay more attention to erection while trying for intercourse?

7) Do you have any physical illness, specifically diabetes or high blood pressure or are you taking any medications?

8) Is there any history of smoking or alcohol since long time?

9) How is relationship with your partner? Any emotional or social problem is there?

Kindly get back to me with this more information and I will give my opinion after getting this answers from you.

Awaiting your response.

Brief Answer:
likely psychological.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for sharing more information.

After reviewing your information,it seems that your erectile problem are most likely psychological or due to performance anxiety.

Regarding your pre-mature ejaculation which is actually a very common problem in males but do not need to worry since your problem can be controlled by regularly practicing certain sexual techniques.

Anti-anxiety medications (ex.recita forte) can also be taken to relieve from anxiety just before intercourse by the written prescription from some local physician.

Try to be relaxed and enjoy yourself and avoid thinking like how long am I going to last or will I ejaculate too early or will I be able to satisfy my partner if you do so.

Wait until you and your partner gets fully aroused and involved by doing more foreplay and then things keep flowing smoothly and effortlessly.

Below listed measures will help also you to boost up your confidence and getting good erection and have enjoyable sex without pre-mature ejaculation or discharge.

1) Do regular exercises for about 30 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning.

2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and Vitamin A,C,D,E.and Zinc

3) Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday.

4) Sunlight exposure inhibits the body’s natural production of melatonin, a hormone that helps us to sleep and also reduces our sexual urges.

It means lesser the melatonin hormone, you will have more sexual desire.

So have adequate sunlight exposure in daytime to reduce the production of melatonin.

5) Paying attention to your partner’s desires and talking about this before hand can make sex pleasurable for both of you.

6) Engaging more in foreplay with your partner before intercourse.

7) Quit alcohol and smoking completely.

Mostly, you will see an improvement in 3 to 4 weeks and in case if not, then you will need to see urologist who will know about some tests and will rule out some medical issues like hormonal problems (blood testosterone level), blood flow problems to the penis (by doing penis Doppler), vitamin deficiencies.

Urologist may also examine you for your urinary retention with some relevant investigations like ultrasound abdomen to check for bladder and prostate.

Hope this will help and feel free to ask if you have more queries.
