As per your fact that you have posted here, it appears that you have problem of getting good erection during masturbation.
This is kind of problems are often due to psychological or performance anxiety especially in young boys.
But first of all,I would like to tell you that masturbation is completely normal and it NEVER causes any kind weakness in our body or NOT related to penis erection issue.

1) Do regular exercises for about 30 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning that helps in improving concentration & builds up the confidence level. Avoid stress.
2) Take high protein diet rich in diet rich in fruits, vegetables, fish, nuts & honey and also take vitamin A,C,D,E and Zinc.
3) Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday.
4) Avoid alcohol and smoking if you do.
5) Do oil massage of the penis, it increases blood flow & maintains the erection.
Despite these measures, if you experience difficulty, it will be better to rule out other causes like high blood pressure, blood sugar,hormonal problems,vitamin deficiencies and other local causes that impair blood flow to your genital organ.

But before 1 year i was getting strong penis but now days the front side of penis is not strong suggest me what to do

So,you are facing problem of erectile issue since 1 year.
Problem in getting hard penis erection in an otherwise young adult usually has no major organic cause, and often responds well to drugs belonging to a group of drugs called 'PDE5 Inhibitors', most noted of which is Viagra (Sildenafil) or Tadalafil (Brand name: Cialis).
However, I would require some more information before suggesting any of these tablets.
Kindly give a few more basic details,
1) Height,weight and regarding your libido (i.e intention to have intercourse),
2) Do you have nocturnal penile erections when you sleep, especially in the early mornings,
3) Also, if you can quantify the degree of penis erection on a scale of 1-10, it would be useful.
4) How did the problem start? Any specific incidence was there?
5) Is there any history of smoking or alcohol since long time?

Thanks for sharing more information.
As per your facts,it appears that you have problem of getting erection is likely psychological and/or due to performance anxiety while attempting sexual intercourse (which you tried before 1 year).
You should take balanced diet and regular exercises in the morning as I answered previously.
Avoid alcohol completely because it can narrow blood vessels of penis and have been linked to impotence.
Sunlight exposure inhibits the body’s natural production of melatonin, a hormone that helps us to sleep and also reduces our sexual urges.
Less melatonin means more sexual desire. So you should have adequate sunlight exposure in daytime.
Paying attention to your partner’s desires and talking about this before hand can make sex pleasurable with good long lasting penis erection.
Engaging more in foreplay with your partner before intercourse which would be helpful to avoid pe-mature ejaculation and thus will maintain penis erection longer.
In addition to above,you will also need to rule out certain medical causes,
like diabetes, hormonal problems, blood flow problems, vitamin deficiencies..
Mostly,you will see an improvement in 3 to 4 weeks and in case if not,then you will need to see urologist who will know about all the tests and will rule out some medical issues as I mentioned.
