Question : 1. my height is 5"8 and my weight is 90 kilos.
2. on last 3-4 occasions while having sex, I observed that i was finding it tough to maintain erection. The moment I put on condom, erection would go off.
3. I have been divorced 6 months ago, so there has been certain amount stress around.
4. i get erections when i think about intimate things, read erotic literature or think about women.
5. i get morning erections at times. at times I do not. When my girlfriend gives me hand-job, i get full erection and ejaculate in about 30 minutes. the problem occured during penetrative sex , with as well as without condoms.
I am planning to get married again in coming months and really do not want my sex life to get affected in any way. kindly help with the best advice.

I am writing down few of the strategies that will help you in management of stress leading to reduction of your stress and improvement in sexual functioning.

1. Diet: Ensure intake of adequate quantity of fiber. 2 servings of vegetable salad and 2 servings of fruits (One preferable citrus fruit). Avoid junk food and fast food especially pizza, burgers and excessive sweets

2. Ensure adequate water intake: Recommended intake of water is 2 to 3 liter a day.

3. Early morning Exercise: Brisk walking for 30 minutes at a stretch preferably in garden will be very helpful.

4. Avoid tea/coffee/ nicotine and alcoholic beverages: If at all you want to drink something, drink fresh lime water. It is very much refreshing.

6. Don't take work so seriously: We all have the feeling to excel in our respective fields and don't spend adequate time with our own self trying to understand our own needs.
The work pressure is high: Call it a day, take a short leave and hit out to picnic spot which you always wanted to go

7. While working take frequent regular breaks: Taking regular breaks will not waste the time, but it will definitely increase the productivity, concentration and reasoning.

8. Avoid late night socialization

9. Avoid starring for longer time at the computer screen or TV for longer time

10. Steam inhalation before going to sleep will be very refreshing

11. Multivitamin and Calcium supplement.

12. Meditation and Yoga

Do you think I should take viagra in case I am about to have sex ?

also would like to know if regular exercise, good sleep and proper diet cures the erectile dysfunction completely?

I do not thin you need viagra.

Presence of normal early morning erections and also on exposing to erotic material indicates that there is no organic problem in your case. Majority of such problems respond well to lifestyle changes to healthier side.

It will not be appropriate to say that it cures the problem but it helps in curing the problem. But in early stages as in yours the life style changes and stress management can control the problem.
