Question : I am an 80 year white male. I have type 2 diabetes. I have not had an erection in the last 40 years. ED pills have zero impact. Are there other options?

However, there are a number of medications which can be used. If one is not effective, another may be tried. Alprostadil can be tried (prescription medicine). Testosterone for hypogonadal men can often help in producing the desired effect. Psychosexual therapy can be helpful. Based on the response a number of alternatives can be tried.
