Question : I have an ED problem . I have a slightly hi bp (141/59) have tried Viagra , Cialis wit very little effect . any advise ?? thank you in advance . I'm 80 yr and need help

You should try Tadalafil 5 mg daily , to be increased to 20 mg everyday . Please make sure there is enough foreplay to let the medicine work
