Question : Dear sir,

I am unable to have sex with my wife because while intercourse my penis deactivated.

Please advise.

I’m 30 years old married 1 1/2 years only.
From the beginning I was unable to have sex with my wife.
I am living in Dubai and wife In home country.
We had tried several times but failed.

I don’t have blood pressure or diabetes.
Also not much stress in work as well.
No any psychological problems with wife.

Need to consult qualified Urologist for assessment to find out cause for ED

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for feedback and follow up .

The cause of Ed in young adults could be due to either
1) Psychogenic or
2) Vasculogenic
and needs to be investigated

Consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get following basic tests done to establish cause for your ED
1) Blood tests for
Haemogram ,Sugar,Thyroid hormone assessment .Serum Testosterone levels ,Prolactin
2) Color Doppler ultrasound Scanning of Penis to rule out vascular insufficiency as a cause for your ED.

If all the relevant tests turn out to be normal your ED could be labeled as Psychogenic in nature and is mainly due to what is called as Performance Anxiety ..In such a situation following general measure will help you to boost up your confidence and getting good erection.and delay ejaculation.
1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning.
2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and Vitamin A,C,D,E.and Zinc
3)Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday..
4) Avoid alcohol and smoking..

Taking Sildenafil (Viagra) or Tadalafil as on demand will help to get good hard sustainable erection and to have enjoyable sex.
