Brief Answer: Urologist opinion imperative Detailed Answer: Hi and thanks for the query, Getting an erection requires many components. These range from psychological motivation, feelings towards the partner and physical factors. It might be very important to be sure one loves the partner in order to guarantee a sustained erection. Many treatment measures still do exist and deserve being tried and monitored carefully to diagnose and avoid any potential adverse effects. Sidenafil or Viagra before intercourse has been helpful in some cases. Dosage of serum Testosterone and careful administration of it is another option. The opinion of a urologist and a sexologist in case of need could be very useful. I suggest you book an appointment with a urologist, for a proper appraisal of your general health status and prescription of an adapted treatment plan. Kind regards. Dr Bain
