Question : Hii doctor my problem is i face erection problem and sex desire problem when i try to do sex second time at the same time

Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have problem of sex desire and getting erection when attempting to have sex immediately after having a sex.

Please note that it takes few hours for organs involved in sexual act to secrete hormones and production of semen hence it is but natural not to have sex desire of the same aptitude and erection of same magnitude immediately after sex.
