Thanks for the query
I have gone through your history submitted in another question. The problem could be due to stress of back pain, medicines esp antispasmodics, other medicines taken from a pharmacy ( You have taken for spasm) or low testosterone . Pl get these tests done- Serum testosterone(Total) , SHBG, Serum Albumin and TSH. Get a morning blood sugar as well .
