Suggest Treatment For Errosive Gastritis,oesophagitis And Fatty Liver
Question: my doctor has prescribed me hp kit,udiliv300 for 15 days and neurobion forte,calcijoint and revital for one month after endoscopy and ultra sound. I need your opinion and kindly mention the dosage on daily basis.

I am 38 years old with 72 kg of weight. I am in construction buisness. I have some ulceration problem in stomach from last 5 years. I am facing some discomfort, little pain and digesting problem. So i decided to go for another endoscopy(last endoscopy in 2012) and ultrasound. Average smoker and non alcohalic. My daily physical workout is almost none. I am sharing my reports so that you may be able to give your opinion and suggessions.
ENDOSCOPY
Findings
Cricopharynx is normal.
Esophagus shows esophegitis.
Fundus, body, and antrum of stomach erosive gastritis.
Duodenal bulb is normal.
Dll is normal.
Colclusions
Erosive gastritis with esophegitis
ULTRASOUND ABDOMEN
The liver is normal in size and outline. It shows homogeneous parenchymal echotexture. IHBR are not dilated. Diffusse fatt6y changes seen Grade-II
The gall bladder is in adequately distended and shows diffuse thickening of its wall. Multiple calculi seen in its lumen.
The CBD measures 5 mm.
The pancreas and spleen are normal.
The kidneys are normal in size and outline. The CM differenciation is maintained. No calculis/ hydronephrosis is seen on left size. A 5 mm calculis seen in lower calyx of right kidney without any associated hydronehrois.
No free fluid/lymph nodes are seen.
The urinary bladder is normal.
The prostate is enlarged. It measures 40*39*37 mm with a weight of 30 grams.

Continue with HP Kit twice a day for seven days
After that take Pantoprazole and domperidone DSR for a minimum of six weeks once daily before breakfast
Take UDILIV 300mg twice a day for two weeks, get liver function test done
Neurobion can be discontinued after two weeks
Follow these tips and get back to me after two weeks :
1] Avoid spicy, fermented meals
2] Do not have heavy meals
3] Avoid smoking and alcohol
4] Wear loose clothes
5] Do not stoop
6] Do not lift heavy weights
7] Raise the head end of your bed
8] If Obese lose weight
9] If under stress - Manage stress levels by meditation and exercise

Sir my last question....tell me frankly is there any serious issue to worry about with my reports? I am getting very stress and negative thoughts..

There is nothing serious about gastritis but if you are used to consuming alcohol, avoid it totally as there are changes of fatty liver in USG
