Hi.
It seems that either your entire query has not been uploaded or part of it got deleted while uploading.
It seems that you have an esophageal ulcer of some kind for which you are concerned that it maybe cancer.
Well, your concern is well justified but you should wait for results to come before jumping to conclusions.
I am assuming that the ulcer was detected on an endoscopy. At that time, a biopsy must have been taken. The result of the biopsy will tell conclusively the nature of the ulcer.
Based on that your further course of action will be decided.
Hope that answers your query. If you have any more, i will be glad to answer.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
Need to get tests done

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Although your problem seems more of a peptic ulcer disease which is a simple ulcer in the stomach or esophagus due to excessive acid production in the stomach.
However, there is no way to differentiate this condition from stomach cancer clinically.
The only way is by means of an endoscopy of the esophagus and stomach. With this the doctor can visualize the disease and take a biopsy if need be.
I suggest you find a way to get this endoscopy done within your means. I am sure there must be a way for the uninsured to get medical help.
I hope this answers your query. If there are no more, then please rate the answer and close the thread.
Take care.
