Question : I keep belching a rotten egg taste for 24 hours , no appetite and fatigued. Anything OTC?

Hello, Thank you for posting your question on HealthcareMagic.

By the description of your symptoms it looks like you are having a stomach bug.
You will need to be started on antibiotics.
Initially you may just take Tab Pantoprazole 40mg once a day half an hour before food for 10 days .
But if you devolop fever or diarrhoea or vomiting please start taking Tab Ciplox TZ twice a day for 5 days .
