Brief Answer:
Not likely to be due to pregnancy.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.

Blood test for pregnancy accurately detects pregnancy after 10-12 days of ovulation. In your case you are having such bloating for last two weeks and since the blood test is negative and your periods are not overdue this is not likely to be related to pregnancy.

The bloating and weight gain is likely to be related to gas and indigestion. You can go ahead with the PAP smear. Do wait till 6th XXXXXXX for your periods and in case the periods are delayed do go for a pregnancy test again.

I hope this answers your query.
