Question : I go number 2 at least 10-15 times a day it feels like acid coming out of me, if that makes any sense. It hurts not while going but after I am done it also hurts to wipe after the amount that I do go. Any idea what thae cause could be

Any diarrhea which lasts longer than 48 hours needs proper diagnostic. Your problem may be caused by gastrointestinal infection, pancreas inflammation, inflammatory bowels disease (Crohns disease), hyperthyroidism and many more.
Pain in the rectum is only a consequence of frequent stools and will go away if you get rid of frequent stools.
Pancreas inflammation usually gives fatty and foul smelling stools.
Inflammatory bowels disease gives mucus and blood in stool.
Hyperthyroidism can give weight loss, accelerated heart rate, nervousness, sweating.

I suggest you to do not wait any longer with it. Please consult your doctor. Blood work, urine analysis, stool test, stool culture test, thyroid test, abdominal ultrasound should be done. Colonpscopy should be considered.

Please also start probiotic intake.
