Question: Hello doctor. I had a very busy day today and now that I am relaxing I have been getting lots of etopic beats. I am lying on my couch and I get anywhere from 6-10/minute. My tests came back showing a structurally normal heart and I passed my stress test. I have PACS approximately 400 in 48 hours and 15 pvcs.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

It's very common in patient with normal heart that suffer from anxiety / stress and GERD to experience PACS and palpitations after a busy day (while they are relaxing). This is due to excessive adrenaline release during the day which is accompanied with PACS that are more prone to be felt at rest.

As long as your examinations were normal you shouldn't worry. Stay calm and relaxed everything is going to be ok.

Hope this was of help!
Wish you health!
