Question : Hi.

What can i do about gas? I have to many. And some of them have a really bad smell.

I read your query and understood your concerns.

In order to reduce gas formation and to relieve your concerns. If you were my patient I would recommend to do the following measures:
- avoid aerophagia (swallowing air)
- avoid sugar and sweety foods
- avoid consuming beans, brocholi, lettuce etc.
- use simeticone
- use antacids
