Question : Recently had Cold Fever (Highest Temp 99.7 F) now no fever but only mucus comes no cough ( no khasi) rare pain on the chest muscle on the left center and have gas problems ,any medication suggested ,for cough I am taking Ambodril S

Sometimes cold can cause post nasal drip which produce mucus.
Here my suggestions:
NASOCLEAR nasal saline drops instill 2 drops in each nostril as many as times.
Take Steam inhalation twice a day for 5 days.
Tablet Cetrizen 5 mg once a day, before bed for 5 days.
For gastric problem I suggest Pantoprazole 40 mg once a day 30 minutes before breakfast with empty stomach for 4 weeks. Avoid spicy, oily food.
Continue ambodril S.
