Question : my dad has been put on hospice he is clearing his throat constantly and thick thick gunk that is white and brown is coming up is this a serious issue

Hi, thanks for your query. After reading your father' s medical history, and keeping his age and diseases in concern I would suggest you to consult with the doctor and get evaluated.
