Question: Hi Doctor .....
I have a problem of over sweating ....
Sweating all over the body... When any one sees me , they can view my sweet shirt clearly.
It's makes me more difficult for my office work ...
I expect a solution at the earliest.... Any sprays , soap, cream etc.

I do understand your pain and discomfort
As per your clinical history is concerned you have excessive sweating which is called as hyperhidrosis in medical science, so there are many pathological causes responsible for it so before arriving at a conclusion let me know few things in detail:-
1)Do you have heat sensitivity and an increase in perspiration or warm, moist skin?
2)Do you have fine tremor of your hands or fingers?
3)Do you feel reduced sexual desire? And what is your current blood pressure?

Yes, i have heat and warm sensitivity.
No, tremor on hands and fingers... But have depression anxiety and panic attack feelings.
Yes, sexual desire is low. Bp is 160/120

Hi,
Thanks for your follow up question on HCM
As per your answers i may say that it is an endocrinological disorder for which you have to take treatment as soon as possible. So first do a clinical exam at your local doctor. Do T3,T4 and TSH and take medications as per your doctors advise as all medications need a prescription so i can not write names here. You have high Blood pressure and it is due to it only. “After” taking medication you will feel better over 15 days.
