Hello.

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

I read carefully your query. It can be anxiety that is causing excessive sweating but I would suggest to get some tests done to exclude other causes.
Get your thyroid hormones checked :TSH,fT3,fT4 and complete blood count, blood sugar.
If your physical examination and these tests result normal ,most likely the cause is stress and anxiety.

Hope it helps.
Let me know if you have any question.
Kind regards,

Hello again.

I really apologize for the delay in answering your query.

Profuse sweating can is often a sign of a heart attack but in this case it is associated with chest pain ,feeling weak and fainting. The onset of the symptoms in this case is quick ,within minutes.
If you have had this symptom for a while now (weeks or months ),it is very unlikely to be caused from an acute condition like heart attack.

Possible causes for your symptoms are stress and anxiety ,thyroid problems, diabetes, an infection etc.To exclude some common causes ,I would suggest to get the above tests done.

Kind regards,
Dr.Rovena Murati

Hello again.

Since this is a chronic problem ,it is very unlikely to be related to heart condition. This is not a sign of heart attack.

I would suggest to consult a physician for a detailed medical history ,physical examination and get the suggested tests done to exclude common possible causes for such symptoms.

Take care,
Dr.Rovena

Hello again.

If these symptoms have appeared recently (profuse sweating, stomach ache ,tiredness, weakness) it can be symptoms of a viral infection. In this case the symptoms can last up to 1-2 weeks.
If you have had these symptoms before or for some time now ,then you need to do the tests that I suggested in the previous answers.

I would suggest to consult your treating physician for proper evaluation.

Take care.
Dr.Rovena
