Brief Answer:
Sweating

Detailed Answer:
There can be many potential causes.

1 Menopause

If she still gets regular menstrual cycles then this is unlikely to be the reason for her sweating

2 Pheochromocytoma

This is a fairly rare condition that causes spells of headache, sweating and heart racing along with other symptoms. A simple blood test called plasma free metanephrines is a good way to screen for this. It does not require fasting

3 Acromegaly

This is another rare condition associated with excessive sweating. A non fasting blood test called IGF1 helps rule this out for the most part

4 An overactive thyroid

I see you have mentioned her TSH is marginally high but if the the thyroid hormones are also high then this is a 'hyperthyroid' condition.

5 Cushings syndrome
can sometimes cause sweating too

6 Autonomic nervous system problems
Are sometimes responsible for abnormal sweating
