Brief Answer:
Features are suggestive of Hyperhidrosis

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX, Hi
Welcome to HCM.

I appreciate your concern for sweating of the palms, fore head and the legs.

Apparently you have some sort of anxiety related problems.
Sweating is one of the most common symptoms of anxiety which is unfortunately annoying you.

Following measures are found to be effective in preventing excessive sweating:

1. Keep your hands dry so that the sweat can evaporate.
2. Do regular exercise to maintain an ideal body weight. It is also an extremely effective anti-anxiety trick. It releases endorphins which calm the mood and make it less prone to feelings of nervousness
2. Deep breathing calms the body, which cools it down and reduce sweating.
3. Avoid using tight cloths, wear loose cotton clothes for better aeration.

If the above measures failed to yield a good response, then you may have to consult a physician for possible use of antiperspirants or beta adrenergic blockers which are found to be effective in such conditions.

Hope to have answered your query.
Should you need more clarification, please feel free to send your query.
Regards.
