Brief Answer:
Possible Viral Gastro-intestinal infection. Go to ER if gets complicates.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using HCM to post your health query.
I read carefully your question and I understand your concern.

What you are describing seems like a viral gastrointestinal infection. In general it gives 1 day vomiting and then continues with diarrhea for about 7 days. Abdominal/stomach pain and fever is part of the symptoms too.

It seems like you have been vomiting a lot.
If you cannot keep fluids down at all (its recommended to take small amounts and often- 1 sip every 5 minutes, or take oral rehydration salts) then I would recommend to go to the ER.
Another indication for going to the ER would be if that pain gets worse and not better. I don't want that pain to be appendicitis. So if you cannot touch your abdomen because of the pain, if it is hard from pain- then go to the ER.

Otherwise, you can take fluids (very important), take Omeprazole 20mg for the stomach pain and Buscopan 10mg for the abdominal pain and cramps.
Have a diet with Banana, rice, apple and toast so you can substitute the minerals you are losing by vomiting. The appetite will need some time to come back, so don't worry about that for now, but force yourself to drink fluids at least.

Hope this is helpful.
