Brief Answer:
Can wait until next week doc appointment

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

1. First, your case is not emergency, so, you can wait until the next week's doctor appointment.

2. Try to avoid constipation:
- drink more water
- eat more fiber rich foods
- start fiber supplements (e.g. psyllium)
- take laxatives (senna)
- take stool softeners (lactulose)

3. Apply OTC hemorrhoids cream containing lidocaine, zinc oxide or preparation H.

Hope it helped!
