I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. You could be having a sentinel piles (external hemorrhoids) and on top of that you could be having a fungal infection. I would insist you to apply Candid (clotrimazole) powder and/or cream topically. I hope that should suffice. If not, it would be a good idea to visit a doctor.
