Brief Answer:
Chest pain upper part(angioplasty & stenting done)

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Possibly you have non-cardiac chest pain. If it is due to ischemic heart disease ,stress test would have been positive and your doctor would have called you right away. So in most possibilities this pain could be musculo-skeletal ,Costochondritis, intercostal myositis or anxiety state.
Mediastinitis also can cause substernal and bilateral chest pain with breathing difficulty.

It is better to see an Internist or Chest physician as nothing probably is there to offer from Cardiologist. Alternatively your local GP might be able to prescribe a pain relieving medicine.

That being said, if the pain is severe and not tolerable, visit to the ER is worthwhile.
