Brief Answer:
I advise going to ER:

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

If the pain is extreme and unremitting for several hours, and you have a history of past surgery, I advise that you be seen in the ER. It may be stomach or esophageal irritation from the NSAIDs but it would be prudent to go in where the doctor can do an abdominal exam and get imaging studies likely starting with an abdominal X-ray.

The reason I mention that your having had surgery increases my caution is that surgery can leave adhesions and increase the chance of obstruction or other complications. But given the time relationship with taking the NSAIDs, it is more likely due to that.

So do go in to get this sorted out.
