                                            Question : Hi,
I have recently re-started working out. Post workout I feel extremely fatigued and neuseous. I go for a dance class where after about 45 min I start seeing black spots and feel faint while all the other dancers feel fine. I am not even breathless but feel like I would faint any moment.
Recently, I got full body checkup. It showed blood sugar bp everything normal except an elevated HDL cholestrol level.
What could be the issue? How can i avoid such extreme fatigue?

                                    Brief Answer:
2 D echo
Detailed Answer:
hello,
I guess your hemoglobin is normal. Have you undergone 2 D echo, if not then you should.
This can also occurs due to deconditioning of your body. If you are not accustomed to heavy activities and you does it then you may get such symptoms. so you should gradually increase your physical activity which will increase your tolerance.
Also, you will need high carbohydrates supplements like energy drinks or glucose water prior to activities which will maintain your blood glucose levels.
