Brief Answer:
its depression but avoid jet alert and bupropion

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

You have several comorbidities and there are few things which need to be discussed in your case.

1. Please check with your cardiologist ( or whoever is taking care of your cardiac drugs or status) if you should be using jet alert or not. It has significant amount of caffiene. Not only it gives rise to addiction but also leads to tolerance building and can even cause lethargy and rebound anxiety or restlessness.

it is also not good for the heart.

I can understand that you take it to beat the fatigue or leathargy and it might be helping you out but there are some other safer methods to do so.

Second, we dont usually recommend bupropion to anyone who has a cardiac history. Drugs like sertraline or escitalopram or stablon are preffered and considered more safe.

Thirdly, the joint pains are usually a sequale to lymphoma. And also can be related to your cardiac output status. You should also get your vit D, B12, thyroid and calcium levels tested. If these are low * which might be in your case* then supplementation will help significantly. Even fatigue and mental slowness or any memory issue can be due to these deficiency.

Your blood tests and ekg and mri are all normal- so, there is nothing major to worry about. Just check the above mentioned points and Im hopeful that you will be benefited.

P.S. if you can arrange a dietician - you must consult for the diet suitable for you according to your health.

but tea/ coffee/ soft drink or red bull etc. must be avoided.

Wish you good luck.
