Question : I am a 49 year old male I have been suffering from extreme fatigue which is getting worse, my legs are in constant pain with a tingling effect and they tend to feel warm. My blood pressure is running around 156/101 and my pulse is 98..

Your symptoms may be related to metabolic disorders and aterosclerosis causing leg arterial blockage (peripheral arterial disease).

If you were my patient I would recommend to do the following examinations to find out what is causing your symptoms:
- Blood work
- Ecg
- Cardiac echo
- Doppler examinations of both legs
- Ophtalmoscopy
